When dancers take a full body exercise class – you can feel the dance and music in it. It’s a workout regime that incorporates Yoga, Pilates and Cardio and adapts to your body to give better and effective results. The instructor will work on your stamina, balance and flexibility and aim for a full body workout! Whatever your goal be – to be fit or to be a better dancer or just to get out of the house early morning to start your day fresh – this is the class for you!
